Oprah - Constitutional Right!

Pretty soon, people will be clamoring for the inalienable right to free Oprah access. The 28th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which I move to introduce, shall be the following:
“No Person shall be deprived of the Right to access one Oprah Winfrey. Such access shall always be provided at zero cost to said Person.”
What other ‘rights’ shall we introduce? The right to broadband access? Oh, wait, some are already trying to make that a civil right, and the FCC wants to oversee that. I have said it before, and I’ll say it again – solutions in search of problems should be avoided at all costs.
